Sep 02, 2023Moment of Transparency: I needed to step back from social media and social interaction in the last few months. I needed to recalibrate and expend more energy on the things that brought me joy. Even when I wanted to post something inspiring or positive, the thought of logging on came at a cost. I know I'm supposed to be very consistent online to build an audience, impact more people, and be more successful. I also see the importance of consistency in my rest, retreat, and revitalization. You may remember a year ago, I was going through a callous time with a failed business partnership. It felt like a messy divorce! What do you do when you do your best and have the best intentions, and things still go downhill? I was simultaneously experiencing a dichotomy of one of my best seasons in life with one of my worst!
Nobody is exempt from life and life's trials! It can be relationships, finances, business, parenting, or health.
